Human Right Policy
- Seagull International strongly believe that all human beings are born free and equal In dignity and rights.
- No one shall be held In slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited In all their forms.
- No one shall be subjected to torture or abuse, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
- Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
- All are entitled to a social and International order In which the rights and freedoms set forth In this
- Declaration can be fully realized.
- Candidates or Applicants have complete right to choose their Job.
- No one can/will force candidates to accept the terms and conditions offered by the client at the time of Interview.
- Candidates or Applicants have to make up their mind whether to accept or decline the offer.
- If anyone wants to leave Job or resign from Job, no one has the right to stop him or hold him, whether it's client or agency.
- Passport once submitted can be withdrawn anytime by the candidate.
- We give the right to everyone and the opportunity to gain their livelihood by work which they are free to choose or accept.
- The right to the enjoyment of just and favourable conditions of work, in particular remuneration which provides all workers overseas Jobs along with minimum & fair wages and equal remuneration for work of equal value, and a decent living for themselves and their families .
- Candidates are our Assets. We expect about their Safety and working conditions.
- Candidates safety is our Motto, We encourage our candidates to follow their safety all the safety measures.
- Decent and healthy accommodation to all candidates with proper AC and heater facilities for all type of weather.

- All employees must be paid their salary on time.
- Client or Agency don't have any right to force any candidates/employees to force to work over and above their duty hours also all candidates are entitled for leave once in week.
